He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Tackett; his children, Tony Ruth of Ratliff City, OK., Marcie Lee of Riverside, CA., Deborah President of Enid, OK. and Michelle Christian of Enid, OK.; his sisters, Pauline Edwards of Tishomingo, OK. and Hazel Ruth of Ardmore, OK.; and his spouse Carolyn Ruth. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
