She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Oakes and Lucille Oakes (Brown); and her siblings, Joanne Rudder and Lonnie Lee Oakes, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Etter (Marshall) of Enid, Sharon Willey of Enid and Melinda Long of Enid. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Jan's name may be made to the First Baptist Church of Enid with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
