She was predeceased by: her parents, H. J. Champion and Minnie Champion; her husband Bud Mongold; her sister Jean Kelly; her aunt Bessie Edwards; and her pet Bella.
She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd Mongold (Barbara) of Enid and David Mongold of Enid; her grandchildren, Shaun Gregory Miller, Wesley Gene Mongold and Heidi DeAnn Scott; and her sons, Lindsey Ann Mongold, Christopher Lee Mongold and Jason Robert Mongold. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Memorial donations in Nelda's name may be made to Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
