She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lewis and Mae Lewis (Robert E. Miller); and her brother Duane Lewis. She is survived by: her spouse Robert "Bob" E. Miller; her daughters, LaRee Pitman (James) of Muskogee, OK, Lanette Hendon (Kent) of Broken Bow, OK, Robin Miller of Enid and Nancy Walker (Lane) of Overland Park, KS; and her grandchildren, Lori Pitman of Tulsa, Daliene Hendon of San Antonio, Trey Hendon of Langston, Jessi Sanchez of Enid and Jason Sanchez of Waukomis.
Memorials in Myrna's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Forgotten Ministries c/o Emmanuel Enid with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
