He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Finis and Marie Jenieve Mitchell (Scherer); and his siblings, Boyd, Kelly, Peggy Stratton, Mary Haselwander, Lorraine Dolan and Ora Lee Kruse.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Koehn. He is also survived by many nieces and a few nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel (3002 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703).
