He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Cowsar and Carrie Cowsar (Wright); his wife Deena; his brother Glen; his sister-in-law Helen; and his sister Patsy Washburn.
He is survived by: his sibling-in-law De Frazier; his son Michael; his grandson Isaac; his sister Gerri Frazier; and his brother-in-law Albert Washburn of Enid, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, as well as great and great-great nieces and nephews.
