He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell "Gene" Hassler and Mary Allegra Fiscus Hassler; and his former wife Joyce Ann Walker Hassler. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hassler; his sister Brenda Jo Moore (Lynn); his brother-in-law Ray "Toby" Walker; his children, Mitchell Gene Hassler II (Sequoia), Larry (Gina Lewis), Connie (Scott Vos) and Donna (Christopher Dodds); his grandchildren, Persaias, Dakota, Hunter, K'dyn, Elizabeth, Andrew, Felicia, Eric, Jocelyn, Megan and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Adalyn and Grayson.
