It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Unruh of Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Dena Unruh (Nightengale); his son Lyle Unruh; and his brothers, Lavern, Herman and Alvin.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Black; his daughters, Sonja Eck (Kevin) of Enid, Connie Estes (Michael) of Enid and Andrea Kent (Norman) of Enid; his daughter-in-law Tommi Cobb of Arkansas; his grandsons, Cody Unruh (Hailie) and Nicholas Unruh (Burgundi) of Arkansas; his sister Anna Janz of Duncan; and his sister-in-law Ruby Unruh of Fort Cobb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
