She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Moore and Leoma Moore (Thornbrugh); her husband Bobby Case; her siblings, Maida Jones, Lois Moore, Merle Moore, Richard, Gail and Delbert Moore; her brother-in-law Norman Jones; and her nephews, Duane and Rodney Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Virgil Case (Stephanie) of Stillwater, Bryan Case (Misty) of Helena and Colleen Case (Dwight Kunard). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Toys 4 Tots with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
