He is survived by: his wife Gail Hoskinson; and his children, Mary Nantz of Bartlesville, Malinda Horner, Marcy Lilly (Ryan Russell), Monica Marshall (Bert), Carl Jr. (Traci Hamm), Teresa Hoskinson and Michele Costner of Stillwater. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
