She is survived by: her spouse Michael Smith; her grandmothers, Big Bird and Ommee; her children, Amy Brezina (Brent), Jeremy Clark (Kari), Jerod Clark (Heidi), Patricia Smith and Lisa Beck (Eric); her grandchildren, Chrissy, Caden, Makenzie, Payton, Dawson, Kaylee, Amberly, Brianna, Trevan, Preston and Kinzlee; her siblings, Greg (Erin), Michael (Kim) and Debie (Scott); and her stepfather Joe.
