She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McVicker and Opal Clark McVicker; her husband Leroy Carter; and her siblings, Raymond, Jack, Donnie, David, Jerry, Betty Cramer and Mary White.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Carter of Ponca City, Shane Carter of Douglas, Alana Carter of Vinita and Dylan Carter (Tammy) of Enid; her grandchildren, Daniel Carter (Samantha), Miranda, Jeremy, Christian and Juanita; and her great grandchildren, Kiari, Junior, Trent, Jayce and Starlet.
