He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mae Foster Rathbun; his stepson-in-law Larry Maurer; his stepson Dale Foster; his daughter-in-law Gwen Morris; his grandchildren, Katrina Maurer, Amanda Maurer Conte, Jeremy Foster (Tracy) and Jenna Foster of Kansas City; and his nieces, Diana Barbee Hochhaus (Larry) of Tulsa, Linda Davis (James) of Parsons and Christina Robinson (Clark) of Parsons.
