He was predeceased by: his parents, John Batterman and Edith Batterman; his spouse Delcea Hart; his friend Chuck Crites; and his grandsons, Neal and Alan Crites.
He is survived by: his children, Eilene Crites, Marvin, Cheryl Batterman, Enid, Glenda and Bill Martell; his grandchildren, Angela, Bill Bunch, Anita Milam, Alex Crites, Aaron Crites, Russell, Angel Hobbs, Heidi, Eric Fisher, Barry and Tara Batterman; and his sister-in-law Alice Batterman. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Christian Church Legacy Endowment Fund.
