She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted R. Sturgeon and Rosa M. Sturgeon; and her former husband Paul Dean Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Tim Franklin of Enid and Annette Baker (Greg) of Enid; and her grandsons, Craig Franklin of Enid and Bryce Baker of Stillwater.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to Hospice Circle of Love or Enid SPCA through Anderson-Burris.
