She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hewlett and Imogene Hewlett; her husband Don Melka of Medford; her children, Terri, Ron and Darin; her stepfather Ernest Bussart; and her grandmother Vivian Kelly.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Lauren Tollers (Preston) of Mustang and Abbey Nightingale Killman (Eric) of Oklahoma City; her niece Sydney Mosburg (Rus) of Grove; her nephews, Randy and Russ Lester; her daughter-in-law Michelle Nightingale (Branden) of Enid; and her grandchildren-in-law, Isaiah and Samantha Nightingale.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Baptist Village Chapel, Enid, Oklahoma.
Memorial contributions in Marilyn's name may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Enid, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
