She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Banta, Sr.; her grandson Jason Banta; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her son Harold Banta, Jr. (Barbara); her granddaughter Stacy Miller (Jay); her great grandchildren, Megan Thompson (Tommy), Trevor Miller (Jordan), Jordan and Devin Baranek; and her great great grandchildren, Avalynn, Lakelynn and Bennett.
Memorials can be made to The Alzheimer's Association with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
