She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Forbes and Beatrice Forbes (Bowen); her sister Carol Jean Neal; and her former husband Edward Harman. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Blackburn; her daughter Tammy Evans of Enid; her granddaughter Rachael Evans of Enid; her great grandchild Case Crawford; her stepchildren, Anthony Blackburn (Stephanie) of Enid, Scottie Blackburn (Lessley) of Pond Creek, Wade Blackburn (Jeanea) of Cushing, OK and Rose Ann Akerman (Bobby) of Choteau, OK; and her sister Loretta Mills of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren; and13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
