He is survived by: his wife Karen Waynette Evans; his grandchildren, Dakota of Enid and Michaela of Louisiana; and his siblings, Karen McCook of Enid and Don (Susan Fore) of Ponca City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and numerous relatives and friends.
