She was predeceased by: her parents, Turah Cline Flowers and Francis Matussak; and her nieces, Leanne Dye, Jennifer Dye and Andrea Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacque Garver, Crystal Knight and Marieta Coulson; and her siblings, Leota Musto (Steven), Randy Vrska (Jeanette), Rita Gaunt (Greg), Mary Wilson, David Matussak, Joseph Matussak (Patricia) and James Matussak (Valerie). She is also survived by many nieces nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
