He was predeceased by: his parents, Rena Detwiler (Thompson) and Wendell Detwiler; and his half-siblings, Judy Foster and Jerry Ford. He is survived by: his brother Robert Detwiler of Sterling, Kansas; and his half-brothers, Mike Detwiler of Pratt and Gale Taler of Elk City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
