He is survived by: his children, Mike, Michael Smith of Enid, Judy McKinley (Kevin) of Marlow, OK and Diana Berry (Sam) of Edmond; and his grandchildren, Amy Brezina, Patricia Smith, Lisa Beck, Melody Hansen, Megan Rains, Melissa Sams and Jonathan Gearhart.
