He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl and Hazel Francis McCook (Meyer); his siblings, Kenneth, Jerry, Sue and Betty Jean; and his in-laws, Neil and Lois Fore.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Fore; his children, Lisa (Chad Dillingham) and Scott McCook; his grandchildren, Lucas, Shelby Dillingham, Hanna Dillingham (Blake Pennington), Price Dillingham (Avery Player), Jacob, Adreiane McCook, Laci McCook, Brysen and Payton; his great grandchildren, Caeleb, Logan, Isabella and Penelope; and his siblings, Marilyn Ruppenthal (Lawres), Beverly Lineback (Don), Kathy Patocka (Darrell), Linda Stephens, Mike McCook (Sandra), Steve McCook and Richard McCook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
