He is survived by: his significant other Bettie Lou Benham (Isbill); his children, Tim (Patricia), Laura Renee Benham and Rachelle Ducharme (Scott); his grandchildren, David, Samuel, Timothy Benham, Nichole, Courtney (Price), Taylor and Joshua Ducharme; and his brother Monte Benham.
