She was predeceased by: her parents, Donavan Ballard and Loretta Ballard. She is survived by: her husband Lou; her daughters, Terri and Marie (David); and her grandson Sam (Jasmine). She is also survived by brother-in-law; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the First Presbyterian Church of Enid or the P.E.O. Scholarship fund, with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
