He is survived by: his parents, Russell Whitehead and Winnell Sheets Whitehead of Woodward; his wife Lora Bowden; his children, Austin and Kyleigh Whitehead; his sister Teri (Mori White) of Woodward, OK; his nieces and nephews, Alexa White, Kale, Alyssa White, Allen and Cassandra Moss; his grandmother Vivian Hanes; his sister-in-law Deana Moss (Lowell); and also, Layla and Jordan Moss.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
