He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Oan Tharp and Maxcine Lavone Tharp (Paige); and his sister Stacey Lynn Tharp. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Luann Tharp (Pehl); his children, Robert, Kevin Jr., Josh, Eddie, Heather and Anastaisia; and his brother Gregory Tharp. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandsons.
Memorials may be made in his honor to Hospice Circle of Love or the American Cancer Society with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
