He is survived by: his wife Lillie Fields (Ballou); his children, Colita Fields, Dana Richardson (Eric) and Kelly Fields (Mary); his sisters, Rita Rae Nossman and Judy Ann Rutledge (Harold); and his grandchildren, Laurel Russell (Josh), Kayti Crone, Corey Crone, Sierra Crone, Sarah Koppenhaver (Will), Samantha Fields and Nathen Fields. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
