He is survived by: his children, Douglas Skaggs (Kaelynn) of Lovelady, TX and Angela Elliott of Choctaw; his grandchildren, Travis and Delilah; his niece Gina Menasco (Billy); and his great-nephew Will. He is also survived by his children, grandkids, and friends.
