He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Replogle Dungan of Enid; his wife Maleia Dian Stevens; his children, Dean (Sara Bartley) of Enid, Shelly (Dustin Anderson) of Ringwood, Kylea (Matt Stanbaugh) of Enid and Branden (Deann Hackett) of Enid; his siblings, Karen (Chris Wilkins) of Enid and Kenny (Tina Dungan) of Riverside, California; his aunt Cleo McCullough of Enid; his uncle Lowell Replogle of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Andrew Bartley, Greyson, Creeden Anderson, Laiken Gail, Jett and Jace Hackett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
