She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Menges and Viva O. Menges of Abilene, Kansas.. She is survived by: her husband Charley B. Rasp; her children, Michelle Renee Walsh, Troy Randall Rasp and Jennifer Lynne Rasp; and her sister Nancy Ward. She is also survived by three granddaughters and two grandsons.
