He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Guadalupe Flores; and his siblings, Maria Guadalupe Ruiz, Marcela Ruiz and Monica Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hugo of Enid, OK.; his children, Chrystal, J. D. Chris and Andrew (Shandi); his siblings, Alberto Ruiz of Purcell, OK., Juana Ruiz of Enid, OK., Joe Ruiz of Chickasha, OK., Santiago Ruiz of Longdale, OK., Martin Ruiz of Corpus Christi, TX. and Marcos Ruiz of Dallas, TX.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Jr. and Jaymee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
