He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Katherine Szczepaniak; and his cousins, Angela Szczepaniak and Brad Szczepaniak. He is survived by: his father Zbigniew John; his brother James Szczepaniak; his father Zbigniew Szczepaniak; his foster parents, Kim Welker and Chuck Welker of Kremlin Hillsdale; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie, Richard Szczepaniak, Marion Szczepaniak, Krystyna Szczepaniak and Rosy Bramwell; and his nieces, Jasmine and Natalia.
