He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mustain and Nuella Mustain (Ehardt); his sisters, Dorothy Jeffers and Marie Kent; and his former wife Deborah.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Beck (Ben) and Kimberly Ulrich (Larry); his grandchildren, Bradley, Brittney, Aubrey, Bethany, Cherylynn, MacKenzie, Raine, Skyelar and Jayden; and his brother William Mustain. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Memorials may be made to the Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
