He is survived by: his children, Jon Paul Forshee (Ericka) and Mary Mclean; his stepchildren, Datha Cottingham (Bill), Dana Newton (Dan) and Mike Workman (Erin); his grandchildren, Chance, Justin Mclean, Scott Cottingham, Katelyn Tabor (Jared), Jennifer Grimes (Tyler), Jeremy Newton, Nicole Traxler (Jacob) and Mikaela Workman; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Clara, Jake, Wyatt and Korbyn; and his siblings, Ron Forshee (Pat), Kent Forshee (Theresa) and Elaine Straub (Rod). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
