He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Kintz and Loretta Parrish Kintz; and his sister Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kintz; his children, Shannon Holbrook of Las Vegas, Megan Nafus of Enid and John Kintz; his grandchildren, Josh, Sean, Andrew, James, Jon, Jessica and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Jason Kintz, Liam and Landon.
Memorials may be made in his honor to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
