He is survived by: his children, Laura Waite (Richard), John Holden, Jr. (Kimberly), David Holden (Lea), Chris Holden, Andy Holden and Alan Holden (Megan); his grandchildren, Jeramy Gildhouse, Kayla Bess (Cody), Kendall Waite, Cory Waite, Tristan Holden, Austin Holden (Tessa), Megan Holden, Hadley Holden, Grayson Holden, Emma Holden, Aiyanna LeClair, Kiara LeClair, Makena Holden, Karsyn Holden, Aella Holden and Connor Holden; his great grandchildren, Preston Jones, Braxton Bess, Kaydon Gildhouse, Brittany Holden and Olivia Holden; and his siblings, Joan Myers, William "Bill" Holden and Edwin "Eddy" Holden. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
