Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Gragert and Anna Schneider Gragert; his daughter Jonna Ruth; and his former wives, Emma and Joyce Ruth Donnell.
He is survived by: his wife Zilpha Jane Gragert; his children, Emma Gragert Conaughty of Oklahoma City and Alan Ray Gragert (Cheryl Lynn) of St Louis, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Johnna Conaughty Phillips, Jonathan Alan Gragert, Christopher Leon Gragert, Stephen Ray Gragert and Amy Gragert Kusuma. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
