He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dewitt and Eunice Glaze Christensen (Pitts); his stepfather Newt Christensen; and his grandson Conrad Rice. He is survived by: his wife Clara Jean Bell; his children, Susan Rice (Gary) of Ringwood, David Glaze (Gwen) of Hunter and John E. Glaze of Enid; his granddaughters, Christi Gay (Eric) of Iowa, Sherry Rice of Colorado Springs, CO and Virginia Glaze of Alhambra, CA; and his siblings, Bob Christensen (Molly) of Meza, AZ and Joyce Keahey (Dwayne) of McKinney, TX..
