She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Shuman and Ruth Painter Shuman. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Leon Barrow; her daughters, Karen Stevens (Larry) and Charlotte Reiter (Mark); her grandchildren, Brooke Ashlock, Krystal Blevins, Mark Reiter and Hogan Burleigh; her great grandchildren, Shayla Ashlock, Aden Ashlock, Kolson Ashlock, Konnor Blevins, Korben Blevins, Jadyn Reiter, Derek Reiter and Hayley Reiter; her great great grandchild Violet Ashlock; and her brother Jerry Shuman.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation – Alzheimer's division with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
