She is survived by: her children, Michael Palovik (Jan) of Marlow, OK, Stephen Palovik (Sheri Donaldson) of Wichita, KS, Dana McDaniel (Barry) of Enid, OK and Dee Niles of Edmond, OK.; and her grandchildren, Michelle Franks (Joe) of Duncan, OK, John M. Palovik (Jessie) of Edmond, OK, Chad McDaniel (Betsy) of Enid, OK, Krista Dixon (Ben) of Moore, OK and Erik McDaniel of Tulsa, OK.
Memorial contributions in Jo Anns' name may be made to American Cancer Society, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, or St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
