He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Collins. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Collins (Steel) of Enid, OK; his brother Larry Collins (Juanita) of Enid, OK; his niece Jessica Collins of Enid, OK; his half-siblings, Brian Wilson of Enid, OK, Marva Kay Schoonover and Terry Wilson; and his pet Roxie.

Memorial contributions in Jimmy's name may be made to the American Cancer Society with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
