He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Rose McCoy Teague and Frankine Lee; his grandchildren, Kayvaughn and Aubrianna Toles; and his brother John Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Teague of Enid; his children, Amanda Teague of Bartlesville, Theresa Teague (Michael Johnson) of Enid, Joshua Teague of Hutch and Caleb (Lyndsey Teague) of Enid; his grandchildren, Justice Seyler, Acey Seyler, Alex Robertson, Keegan, Genisis Teague, Scarlet Teague and Kada Johnson; and his siblings, Linda Walker, Kris Moore, Danny and Bill Teague.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the American Liver Foundation with Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home serving as custodian of the funds.
