He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy E. Painter and Frances Painter; and his sister Sarilyn Sanders. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Fisher; his daughter Kapri Adolphson (Gary); his grandchildren, Auston (April), Dalton, Alexandra, Aidyn and Walker; his son Joshua Painter (Nicole); his grandchildren, Hudson, Kingsley and Landon; his daughter Melissa Hunt (Dallas); his grandchildren, Taye and Tallas; and his sister Cindi Robinson of Enid.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fish Fisherman's Club with Brown-Cummings acting as custodians of the funds.
