He was predeceased by: his son Leslie Bailey; and his grandson Tanner Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Donna Hurst (Bill), Michelle Bailey, Jerry Niles, Kathy Bayat (Amir), Rex Wheeler (Jan) and Timmy Wheeler (Diane); his grandchildren, Melanie, Justin, Danielle, James, Tristan, Dylan and Rachel; and his siblings, Ron Bailey (Diana), Richard Bailey, Kenneth Bailey and Linda Smith (Benny). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
