He was predeceased by: his brother Dean; and his son Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, David (Lori), Mary (Ben), Andrea (Jeff) and Paul (Lisa); his grandchildren, Chase, Shade, Joseph, Thomas, Courtney, Rylie and Parker; his great grandchildren, Madelynn, Oliver and Kenedie; his brothers, Orville (Debbie), Paul (Renee), Rex and Charlie; and also Darlene.
