He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Smith (Wahl) of Enid; his fiancée Joanne Merrill of Enid; and his siblings, Shirley George (Eldon) of Enid, Don Smith (LeaAnne) of Enid and David Smith (Mistie) of Enid. He is also survived by six nephews and one great-nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
