He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Richter and Ralph Richter; his wife Ruth Ellen; and his sister Bettye Olmstead. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara (John Murphy); his grandchildren, Kyle, Katie Murphy (Lively) and Zach Murphy (Kamber McMaster); and his siblings, Karl Richter (Beverly) and Sally Stevens (Tommy) of Enid. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
Memorials may be made to Hedges Speech and Hearing or Circle of Love Hospice Services, with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
