He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Dodson and Maxine Dodson; and his siblings, Herbert Dodson, William M. Dodson Jr. and Marilyn Dodson.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Dodson; his children, Tammie McCleary (Mark), Kim Redding (Jeremy), Angela Punneo-Crews (Christy), Misty Stroud and Bobby Dodson; his grandchildren, Mark McCleary Jr. (Amber), Becca McCleary Houston, Austin Simcoe, Michael McDaniel, Samantha Dodson, Tyler Dodson and Madisyn George; his great grandchildren, Shy Hale, Brayden McDaniel, Teagan Houston, Ryker Houston, Elizabeth Geraldine Ray and Isiah George; and his brothers, Clifford Dodson and Wesley Dodson.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Enid First Assembly of God (905 N Oakwood Rd, Enid, OK 73703).
