He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Smith. He is survived by: his mother Doris Smith of Enid; his wife Ellen Smith; his sons, Alan Michael Smith (Carley) of Enid and Aaron Isaac Smith of Enid; his grandsons, Liam and Boston; and his siblings, Karen Vogt (Clif) and Eric Smith (Rose) of Hennessey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
